ICE agents committing assaults and other crimes

Held for weeks without access to their attorney. That is NOT something that is supposed to happen to anyone in the US.

Some of them were held after they provided documents showing they were citizens. The problem with being in a cult like you are T.A. is you simply ignore reality when it doesn't fit with your biases.

In many cases the charges were not dropped after the arrest but were dropped after an indictment from a grand jury was obtained. The courts have started to notice this disturbing trend of indicting before examining the actual evidence. People are indicted and then when the prosecutor has to start to turn over evidence to the defense, the prosecutor suddenly discovers that the evidence disproves the charges so they are forced to drop the charges.

Is that so?

Once again, you simply ignore the actual facts because you are in a cult. It's just more proof all MAGAts are domestic enemies of the Constitution. Sad. Their day is coming.

They weren't charged with a crime. They were in protective custody of the state and likely no relatives could be located to take them. They didn't need a fucking liar... err, lawyer.
I realize that reading is hard when you are in a cult but c'mon. Why do you insist on proving you must be in a cult by getting so many basic things wrong?
You psychotic... err, psychic? How do you know that? Propublica didn't give details of individual cases. Aside from that, how many people in the US walk around with a passport, birth certificate, or other document proving their citizenship on a daily basis?
Do you know what a real ID is? There is a lovely court case in GA that shows that agents refused to accept a real ID as evidence of citizenship. Not only did they do this once, but they did it twice to the same US citizen. I guess because you are in a cult you decided that it is best for you if you remain willfully ignorant. There have been multiple instances of ICE agents telling US citizens that their documents are fake while they hold the citizen for a length of time.
Doesn't change what I stated. The cops could drop the charges. The prosecutor could drop the charges. You don't know why they were dropped and are just making SWAGPOOYA's because it fits the narrative you want it to be.
It completely changes what you stated. Prosecutors are supposed to be aware of the evidence BEFORE they go to a grand jury to get an indictment.

Actually, I do know why they are dropped in some cases because I have read the actual court filings. In one case in Portland, ICE agents hid a video and refused to turn it over when asked. In another ongoing case, the person is accused of hitting an ICE vehicle. ICE then moved that vehicle out of state instead of retaining it as evidence.

This is also the case where DHS first said one of the people charged was waving a gun around but the evidence is that the gun was found in the bottom of her purse in a pink holster after they searched the car.

ICE agents are trying to provoke a violent response so they can escalate.
Nordberg, Nordberg, Nordberg ... everybody knows that it's the leftist fascist ANTIFA agitators who are provoking the violent responses on cue with cameras trained and rolling.

Yes, everybody knows.

They shot a priest who was praying for peace ,,,
Too funny. The popped the priest with a dustball. The priest was fine and continued bitching and griping and agitating without missing a beat. Wait, I watched the video and the dustball did cause him to miss one beat, but only one, and he recovered instantly. His bitching and agitating didn't suffer any.

By the way, that priest was a fucking embarassment to the Catholic Church.

Illegal immigrants are immediately subject to deportation. No attorney needed.
Some of them DID get a hearing and even a trial, and they are also detained for their crime, THEN subject to immediate deportation.
Some of them were held after they provided documents showing they were citizens.
Illegal aliens are not citizens, Poorboy.
The problem with being in a cult like you are T.A. is you simply ignore reality when it doesn't fit with your biases.
Buzzword fallacy. Go learn what 'reality' means and how it's defined.
Once again, you simply ignore the actual facts because you are in a cult.
Go learn what 'fact' and 'cult' mean. Go learn English.

Interfering with a federal officer such as an ICE officer is a violation of Title 8 of the CFR. It can carry up to a 20 year imprisonment and/or a $20,000 fine.

Once again, because you are in a cult you failed to read your own link. The length of time one can be held without charges is 48-72 hours. What is weeks without access to a lawyer? Is that more or less than 72 hours? Are you so deep in your cult you don't know how many hours in a week?
Illegal aliens are immediately subject to arrest and deportation. No lawyer needed. No trial needed.

This isn't ICE but is part of Trump's use of federal agents in DC. DC police didn't report the fact that federal officer fired their gun at the vehicle. The judge dismissed the case for lack of probable cause. But it raises questions as to the way the feds are actually following the law.

A Homeland Security Investigations agent shot at a man in D.C. at least three times during a traffic stop on Oct. 17, according to the man’s attorneys. But Metropolitan Police Department Officer Jason Sterling, who was working with federal agents on the “Make DC Safe Again” initiative that day, omitted any mention of the shooting in an affidavit filed in court. His partner, Officer Divonnie Powell also omitted it from the public incident report.
[snip]
Sterling testified in court last week that he was instructed by a “team leader” not to include details of the federal agent’s shooting in his report because there would be an internal affairs investigation into the incident, according to Quo Mieko S. Judkins, Brown’s defense attorney.
[snip]
It wasn’t until his preliminary hearing on Oct. 21, four days after the shooting and arrest, that Sterling revealed in courtroom testimony that he had been instructed to omit details of the shooting. Brown spent four days in jail and was released after a judge dismissed the charge for lack of probable cause.

Update on the story: DHS still hasn't corrected the lies they told about the 13 year old.
No offense, but coming from you, I know right away that everything is slanted in the most dishonest way possible.

Aaaahhh, you should have specified up front that this took place in Massachusetts. That explains why no one will cooperate with ICE to avoid these kinds of issues, why the "police" are seemingly contradicting ICE, and why people, including children, have all these added complications. Massachusetts is a "Fuck America!" State that wants lawlessness, open borders and ANTIFA violence.

Massachusetts is responsible for all associated problems.

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Immigration officials have deported a father living in Alabama to Laos despite a federal court order blocking his removal from the U.S. on the grounds he has a claim to citizenship, the man's attorneys said Tuesday.

U.S. District Judge Shelly Dick last week ordered U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to keep Chanthila “Shawn” Souvannarath, 44, in the United States while he presented what the judge called his “substantial claim of U.S. citizenship," court records show. He was born in a refugee camp in Thailand but was granted lawful permanent residence in the U.S. before his first birthday, according to court filings.

Too funny. The liar falsely accusing others of lying.

To you, lying never gets old, does it? (IBDaMann)

He's now part of a lawsuit contending that ICE is violating the 1st amendment by intentionally targeting clergy and journalists.
I presume that you noticed that I acknowledged that the (probably isn't a) priest was embarrassed. He needs to save face because he is an embarrassment.

Attacking people exercising the religious freedom seems to be something you would be against.
He wasn't praying. You totally lied about that ... which would be par for the course.

Clearly no violence on the part of the protestors based on your standard from Jan 6.
We've already been through this. You have absolutely no idea what happened at the capitol. You are just OBEDIENTLY spreading the disinformation you have been instructed to spread.

You haven't been able to refute anything I have presented. You make me 100% effective. Thank you.

People will start to think that I am paying you. (IBDaMann)

"REAL ID allows compliant states to issue driver's licenses and identification cards where the identity of the applicant cannot be assured or for whom lawful presence is not determined," the DHS says. "In fact, some states currently issue noncompliant cards to undocumented individuals."

States like California and New York are issuing "noncompliant" Real ID to illegals in some cases.

Cases include:

The California Department of Motor Vehicles states that any Californian who can prove their current legal presence in the U.S. is eligible to receive a REAL ID.

This includes all U.S. citizens, permanent residents who are not U.S. citizens (green card holders), and those with temporary legal status, such as recipients of
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) or Temporary Protected Status (TPS).

Those two are either illegally here or in a grey zone with respect to immigration status.
It completely changes what you stated. Prosecutors are supposed to be aware of the evidence BEFORE they go to a grand jury to get an indictment.

Or the police release them within 72 hours of arrest without charges. You just want it both ways in your favor.

That's your evidence? The defense liar's... err, lawyer's version of an event? Hardly compelling when you have one anecdote for 'evidence.'
This is also the case where DHS first said one of the people charged was waving a gun around but the evidence is that the gun was found in the bottom of her purse in a pink holster after they searched the car.

Again, anecdote from who knows where.

Once again, you decide to provide evidence you are in a cult by not actually reading and understanding your source.

Persons that are in the US legally can not by that definition be here illegally. Then GA is not CA. Perhaps if you weren't in a cult you might know they are different states.

The DHS says that noncompliant cards must clearly state that they are not acceptable for REAL ID purposes and be differentiated from compliant cards
Those two are either illegally here or in a grey zone with respect to immigration status.

No. Unlike cult members like you, I want the law and the Constitution to be followed.
That's your evidence? The defense liar's... err, lawyer's version of an event? Hardly compelling when you have one anecdote for 'evidence.'
It seems you are so deep in the cult you can't even count past one. I provided two cases. One from Portland and one from Chicago. In the link, it wasn't the defense, it was the judge that ordered the car returned on a carrier to not do anything more to destroy evidence.
Again, anecdote from who knows where.
So deep in the cult you now can't count to three either. But since you can't do your own research, here it is.
Here is the DHS statement -
One of the drivers who rammed the law enforcement vehicle was armed with a semi-automatic weapon. Law enforcement was forced to deploy their weapons and fired defensive shots at an armed US citizen

Here is the indictment which has no mention of the gun for some reason when you would consider it pretty important if it had occurred.

News report on the gun -
Police audio reportedly confirms Martinez’s legal gun stayed in her purse.
The Chicago Sun-Times reports Martinez’s attorney says body camera footage shows an agent holding an assault rifle moments before the shooting, saying, "Do something, b**ch."
