ICE agents committing assaults and other crimes

This thread is to document attacks by ICE agents that appear to not be in response to any threat.

Here is a video of a Priest standing less than 2' off a public sidewalk being shot in the head with a pepper ball while praying. There is clearly no threat and the sidewalk is public space.

This is the original video posted by the person that took it.

Dude is not a preacher, he's a professional ANTIFA agitator cosplaying as a preacher, and you're a dumbass. :dunno:

I see we have another cult member deciding to join us and spout the current cult rhetoric.
Last week's version was he was a preacher in a gay church. I'm sure the cult will give you a new version next week.
Hey, if he wants to be out there "protesting" with the morons that are launching triple-report mortars at Federal officers enforcing our laws and tried to set a Ronald McDonald House on fire, he got what he deserved.
That behavior would get you absolutely dead by the cops here.
Try and lay siege to Tampa Police Department and lemme know how that goes fer ya. Dumbasses.

This isn't ICE but is part of Trump's use of federal agents in DC. DC police didn't report the fact that federal officer fired their gun at the vehicle. The judge dismissed the case for lack of probable cause. But it raises questions as to the way the feds are actually following the law.

A Homeland Security Investigations agent shot at a man in D.C. at least three times during a traffic stop on Oct. 17, according to the man’s attorneys. But Metropolitan Police Department Officer Jason Sterling, who was working with federal agents on the “Make DC Safe Again” initiative that day, omitted any mention of the shooting in an affidavit filed in court. His partner, Officer Divonnie Powell also omitted it from the public incident report.
[snip]
Sterling testified in court last week that he was instructed by a “team leader” not to include details of the federal agent’s shooting in his report because there would be an internal affairs investigation into the incident, according to Quo Mieko S. Judkins, Brown’s defense attorney.
[snip]
It wasn’t until his preliminary hearing on Oct. 21, four days after the shooting and arrest, that Sterling revealed in courtroom testimony that he had been instructed to omit details of the shooting. Brown spent four days in jail and was released after a judge dismissed the charge for lack of probable cause.
When innocent Americans start bleeding out in the streets due to Trump's secret police, that's the signal for all patriotic Americans to start taking action against the MAGAt anti-Constitution traitors living in their midst.

They are following orders that are designed to terrify the people. Fear is one of Trump's favorite weapons. Laws are of no importance. They slow down "winning". Trump's administrations are marked by cruelty. He has no empathy. He is starving the poor now for political gamesmanship. He feels nothing for them.

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Immigration officials have deported a father living in Alabama to Laos despite a federal court order [blatantly overstepping its authority].
FTFY.

We still have rogue judges that need to be disbarred and potentially imprisoned.

U.S. District Judge Shelly Dick last week [brazenly overstepped her authority in an explosive TDS rage ordered by the DNC]
FTFY.

Unlike cult members like you, I want the law and the Constitution to be followed.
Nope. Unlike patriotic Americans who want to make America great again, you want to abolish the Constitution, flood the country with illegal aliens and plunge the country into violent lawlessness.

It seems you are so deep in the cult you can't even count past one.
I see that you were finally able to count to one. Congrats.

You need to pay attention. Everything you have posted has been refuted. Everything. You haven't made a single valid point that hasn't been refuted.

You are 100% ineffective. You are 100% dishonest. You are 100% unhinged ... all because your terminal TDS.
Please feel free to dismiss my post, as you do to all of my other posts. It explains why you never learn anything. (IBDaMann)

I see we have another cult member deciding to join us and spout the current cult rhetoric.
I see that you are another DEI hire who thinks he is a plural. How many of you do you think you are, by the way?

Last week's version was he was a preacher in a gay church.
You shouldn't change your narratives so frequently.

I'm sure the cult will give you a new version next week.
I don't know. Let me check the DNC website for some clues.

Again, anecdote from who knows where.

Here is another instance of a case dismissed because the DHS officer LIED.

The sworn affidavit submitted in support of the Criminal Complaint in this matter tells a
very different—and largely fictional—story.
[snip]
Despite HSI’s sworn statement to the Magistrate Judge that the vehicle was stopped
because of expired license plates, the Assistant U.S. Attorney conceded at a bond hearing in July
2025 that Fuentes had “misrepresented what was going on
[snip]
The story changed yet
again at the hearing on the instant motions
[snip]
The inconsistencies do not end there.

[snip]
Thus, the Court agrees that the officers engaged in constitutionally excessive force. See
Castro v. Kory, No. 23-50268, 2024 WL 1580175, at *4 (5th Cir. Apr. 11, 2024) (holding that
pointing firearms at an unarmed, confused, and only mildly disruptive suspect, forcibly removing
him from his vehicle, and then tackling and handcuffing him “was clearly disproportionate to [the
suspect’s] resistance, which did not endanger the police”)

[snip]
The Defendant may very well be deportable; that is not for this Court to decide. But, on
these facts, his indictment under 18 U.S.C. § 111(a) represents the rare case in which the
Government’s conduct is so “shocking to the universal sense of justice”
that it should be deprived
of the opportunity to prosecute the Defendant. 557 F.3d at 232. “The duty of a prosecutor, as the
representative of the sovereign in a criminal case, is not that it shall win a case but that justice shall
be done.”

No offense, but you claiming that someone lied simply means that someone was mistaken over a trivial detail. Cases are dismissed every day in every city in every State across the country.
It wasn't me saying someone lied it was the judge saying it in a polite fashion. Are you unable to read his ruling for some reason?

The judge said the story told by the government in a sworn affidavit was fictional and a government agent had misrepresented what was happening. This wasn't a simple case of being mistaken over a trivial detail. This was a case of multiple falsehoods and fictional tales told by multiple persons. The body cam footage showed those statements to be not true.

It's interesting that you think cases are dismissed every day in every city when T.A. seems to think they are almost never dismissed since the DoJ has a 98% conviction rate according to him.

Despite HSI’s sworn statement to the Magistrate Judge that the vehicle was stopped
because of expired license plates,
the Assistant U.S. Attorney conceded at a bond hearing in July
2025 that Fuentes had “misrepresented what was going on.” ECF No. 29, 7/10 Hr’g Tr. at 8:12–
13. The stop was not made because of expired license plates—or even the domestic violence

allegations, which were never investigated—but solely based on a tip about the Defendant’s
immigration status. Id. at 7:24–8:2.
7
At the bond hearing, the Government characterized the stop as a “probable cause” stop
because of a suspected immigration violation.5 Id. at 7:16–17, 8:14–18. The story changed yet
again
at the hearing on the instant motions, when DO Hernandez himself acknowledged that he
did not seek a warrant for the Defendant’s arrest precisely because he did not think, based on his
investigation, he had enough information to establish that the Defendant was removable. ECF
No. 60, 8/25 Hr’g Tr. at 66:2–23. SA Carl, on the other hand, assumed that he was executing an
arrest warrant and that the Defendant was subject to an order of removal. See id. at 83:11–84:5;
85:1–10; 89:18–21. He then reported that false information to Agent Fuentes, who included it in
his affidavit. See id. at 83:11–84:5. DO Hernandez never disabused the team of any notion that
there was an order of removal.

And that is before it gets to the false statements made about the alleged force the agents claimed the defendant used which was proven false by their own body cams.

Over a dozen women told advocates and their attorneys that they suffered mistreatment and neglect while they were pregnant and held in immigration custody, including “medical neglect” and substandard care during pregnancy and miscarriage, such as being shackled, placed in solitary confinement and fed with poor-quality food, according to a letter sent to Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials and Senate committees Wednesday.
