The the oncoming vehicle stopped and two men got out and attacked her. She was scared...anyone sane (which excludes the Trump ass-kissing MAGA morons like you) would be.
She drove to get away. The fucking moronic ICE agent who stationed himself in front of her car ALMOST got hit. I do not see a hit...which I suspect you only see a hit because you have been instructed by your Fuhrer to see what he wants you to see.

You can easily see her motioning the oncoming car (which she did not know to be an ICE goon car) to pass. She was doing what many drivers do often...signaling, "Go ahead of me...then I will move on."

Corn Pop is clearly delusional, this woman was leading the parade of morons that were obstructing justice all day. She was clearly told to get out of her car while an officer attempted to open her door. She backed up and then you can see the wheel spin from flooring the pedal with an officer directly in front of her. Tragic? Yes. Surprising? No. That guy acted exactly as trained.
It's very easy for an idiot like Corn Pop to watch the video and determine what was going on with the benefit of hindsight, most people understand that, but not morons that have been blinded by TDS for far too long. They immediately saw Trump himself shooting that woman for sport. And as Corn Pop proves, even with hindsight he gets it wrong because he's so delusional.
This is an easy case and is without a doubt a justified shooting. Tragic, for sure and it was preventable as well. If the police were able to do their jobs, the woman would be alive right now. Why were people allowed to break the law without any enforcement from the police? Left-wing morons in charge. Why were there people following ICE around?
