Define a 'Liberal' or a 'Conservative'

Conservatives are against gay marriage not on moral grounds but on monetary grounds. Face it, conservative leaders use religion to create divisions and hate, their real religion is money. Cons don't want gays sharing insurance, property, tax breaks, inheritance and on and on.
Where are the proposals to create laws to prevent gays from sharing private insurance, private property, and private inheritance?

Where are the proposals to create laws to prevent gays from sharing private insurance, private property, and private inheritance?

Where are the laws to allow gays to make medical decisions for their partner if that partner is unable to do so? Where are the laws allowing gays to name their partner as "next of kin"? Where are the laws to allow gays to adopt and have both partners listed as parents, so the child will not become an orphan if one parent dies?

Your usual straw man.
Appeals to antiquity assume that older ideas are better, that the fact that an idea has been around for a while implies that it is true. This, of course, is not the case; old ideas can be bad ideas, and new ideas can be good ideas. We therefore can’t learn anything about the truth of an idea just by considering how old it is.

Because, in fact my argument is:
No I'm referencing the definition that has been refined over a period of 5000 years to its current state.

The U.S. is a democratic republic. The term republic has nothing to do with your political party. Your brainwashing is showing again.
There's your stupidity showing again. According to the Founders, every state shall be guaranteed a republican form of government, that same as the form used for the republic.

No, I'm using the fact that the definition has been refined over the course of 5000 years. That's not at all what you are claiming my argument to be. Your straw man fails again.

And we will refine it again. But you are making the claim that the fact that it is an old tradition or has been that way for X number of years is reason enough not to change it. That makes it the logical fallacy I stated. No strawman at all.

Now your claim that allowing gays to marry would somehow harm the institution of marriage is simply bullshit, and not a logical fallacy at all.

5/6/05...anti-abortion extremist Neal Horsley was a guest on The Alan Colmes Show, a FOX News radio program. The topic was an interesting one - whether or not an internet service provider should allow Horsley to post the names of abortion doctors on his website. Horsley does that as a way of targeting them and one doctor has been killed. In the course of the interview, however, Colmes asked Horsley about his background, including a statement that he had admitted to engaging in homosexual and bestiality sex. Updated with audio!

At first, Horsley laughed and said, "Just because it's printed in the media, people jump to believe it."

"Is it true?" Colmes asked.

"Hey, Alan, if you want to accuse me of having sex when I was a fool, I did everything that crossed my mind that looked like I..."

AC: "You had sex with animals?"

NH: "Absolutely. I was a fool. When you grow up on a farm in Georgia, your first girlfriend is a mule."

AC: "I'm not so sure that that is so."

NH: "You didn't grow up on a farm in Georgia, did you?"

AC: "Are you suggesting that everybody who grows up on a farm in Georgia has a mule as a girlfriend?"

NH: It has historically been the case. You people are so far removed from the reality... Welcome to domestic life on the farm..."

Hey Alias your leaders fuck farm animals. Whats that say about you? LOL

What exactly does Harris lead?

That's not a refinement; its a fundamental change.

So was allowing only one spouse or giving the wife equal rights within the marriage.

And if it is a fundamental change, so be it. Unless you can show how the institution of marriage will be harmed, the logical fallacy I quoted fits.

Laws that forbid gays from marriage also keep them from the benefits afforded a 'family'. Im done answering stupid questions.
