Teens set kid on fire for being 'white boy'

Expanding the definition of “cracker,” a t-shirt featuring the photo of the man who shot Trayvon Martin is now available for purchase.
the shirt has a picture of George Zimmerman and the words “Pussy Ass Cracker.” Zimmerman, a 28-year-old Hispanic, killed Martin, 17, last month while acting as a neighborhood watch captain in Sanford, Florida.

Will "Pussy Ass Pork Chop and Pussy Ass Coon " tea-shirts be next ?.....Its unbelievable....

the cop that was first responder sees blood on the back of his head and coming from his nose, and it's hearsay? jeez, what do you consider cold hard fact? if the cop caused the injuries?

maybe they got tired of the fool and decided to teach him a lesson - after he is colored...

The cop could testify to what he saw. That's called witness, he could not testify to what he had been told somebody else had been told, that is hearsay.

A can testify that B told A that B was going to kill three people. A cannot testify that B told A that C told B that C was going to kill people. B would have to testify. Part of the "face your accuser bit". It's why police have issues wen witnesses won't testify, the police cannot testify to what the witness witnessed, so no witness, no testimony.

It proves NOTHING.

How do we know Zijmmerman didn't crack himself over the bridge of his nose with his gun before any police showed up?

He shot that kid, then realized the trouble he was in and attempted to make it look like self defense.

Because witness accounts show the kid pounding Zimmerman and Zimmerman screaming for help. The witness then told him (the kid) to stop and that he was going to call 9-1-1. It isn't rocket science, nor is it hearsay. That is what a witness saw.

Was that the young kid or the witness that changed their story?

Was that the young kid or the witness that changed their story?

Neither. This gentleman informed police that he came out to investigate, and saw the "man with the red sweater on the ground, the guy with the hoodie was on top beating him up. I told him to stop and was calling 911, when I came back out the guy that was on the ground was standing and the guy in the hoodie was dead" (paraphrasing).

So he didn't see the shooting, but he saw the kid pounding Zimmerman who was on the losing end of a pounding.
