17 day diet

My wife took her wedding gown out of the attic last July and tried it on after 25 years- it could not zip up. I told her that the material probably shrunk due to the heat in the attic.

Well, several months later, after this diet and moderate exercise, and having reached her goal long ago but both of us going on vacations and gaining a pound or three so refocusing on the diet, she tried it on again and I'm proud to report that it fit with room to spare.
