Market rates, secure voting, you mean?
It seems that California has recently discovered states rights? http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2017/jan/8/california-discovers-states-rights/
States don't have rights, moron. People do.

Yet there are obviously differences in IQ nonetheless. Look at the Chinese or the Southern Indians. 45% of the top 64 chess grandmasters are Jewish, why is that?
3D did, and you responded to his post:

Now, who's brains are shit?
Yours.
I provided an alternative theory.

Free market is evil?

The truth is not racist, I believe much of that can be explained by them all being close knit societies that don't inter-marry much and consequently dilute their genes. Oh and you proved your racist credentials by calling Melania Trump Russian and laughing at her English, fucking racist. She speaks five languages, you can hardly speak one.early childhood nutrition and education
it explains every fucking bit of that racist

You're an idiot. The Constitutional founders were federalists, you fucking moron. Advocates of a stronger federal government, including Washington. Know who he was, cretin? They saw the failure of "states' rights" in the piece of shit Articles of Confederation. The epitome of state's rights.
Stupid fuck.
If the founding fathers opposed states rights, why did they put the tenth amendment in the constitution.? And why did they specify that only the states can amend the FEDERAL constitution.? THINK, hater.
Actually, both do:
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
No "oops", idiot. From your very citation:
"The Federalists were also aware that that the problems of the country in the 1780s stemmed from the weaknesses of the central government created by the Articles of Confederation."
The Federalists were for a STRONGER federal government because they saw how a weak one led to massive problems.
All the Founding Fathers believed in states rights. They would be appalled at america today, where the feds run everything.. The constitution was written to limit the federal govt, but it hasn't worked. The feds just ignore it and do as they please.
The term "federalist" was terribly chosen since it implies the opposite of what it is.
Where do you find the word "rights" in that quote?

Oh, it's most definitely an oops, because what you wrote was written in the context of TDAK's post, here:
Nice try at moving the goal posts though, lol
What IS fact, is that the Founders organized a Constitutional Convention because the Articles of Confederation was a failure. You know, that whole notion of a bunch of loose, independent dates running around. They intended for a stronger central government to hold the nation together.
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
And all the evidence says blacks are very mentally inferior. Sorry you can't think or face facts.
NONONO. The founding fathers did NOT want a strong federal govt and the articles of confederation prove it. The fact that they started with the super weak fed govt of the Articles shows that that is where their sympathies lay. Then they realized they had gone too far and wrote the constitution giving the feds more power but still not very much.
If the FF opposed states rights, they would have never written the tenth amendment. THINK.
