It is in the Declaration of Independence and you did say he claimed it was in the Constitution, which is wrong. The preamble is not the Constitution.

I have to laugh at the historical ignorance of you idiots. The Constitution with the Bill of Rights are are an entirely different document than the Declaration. More than a decade apart. Yet, you fucking morons keep trying to insert your modern concept of a Creator into both.

In the Berubari Union case,1960, the Supreme Court stated that Preamble is not a part of the Constitution.

Rights were granted, independent of the actual Constitution, by ratification of individual state's conventions. Nothing fucking magical about it. Just people. No God.No Creator. Just humans.
