21 y.o. black tells truth about black failure. IT'S IQ, NOT RACISM

Folks, let me break it down, the SCOTUS decision in that case also meant that the preamble to our Constitution is not part of the actual Constitution.

This is well settle law. But ignorant hacks like cofefe and her twin, gomer, don't know what they are talking about.

And they whine about people who vote.

My Goodness, How Stupid Can You Be.

Nevermind, I Don't Want To Know.
The question is, how stupid can you be, the only Berubari Union case I could find related to India, are you citing an Indian case in regards to our Constitution and preamble?

Anyway, I already knew it wasn't, but was too lazy to actually read the link.

Is the preamble to the U.S. Constitution law?

No; the preamble is not considered to be effective law; it is a statement of the purpose of the document that it precedes, and may inform the interpretation of that document, but it is not law itself.

In the end I was right, but sloppy.

HAHAHA. And where do 9 unelected judges get the authority to decide which parts of the constitution count??? THINK, moron.

BTW - the preamble is obviously part of the constitution. You might as well say the first sentence of the bible is not part of the bible.!!!!

In the Berubari Union case,1960, the Supreme Court stated that Preamble is not a part of the Constitution.

Ignorant mouth breathing ape.

Again i ask - where do these judges get authority to tell us what parts of the constitution are part of the constitution!!!!

You are really stupid - you accept everything unelected judges say.

Do you think we should not respect the "unelected" Justices of the Judiciary Branch?

The constitution grants the SC no authority to write laws or repeal laws or rewrite the constitution. And yet they do all 3 all the time and the idiot american goes along.

The US Constitution and Marbury v. Madison

Yes i know about marbury. The SC judges simply GRANTED themselves authority to repeal and rewrite laws passed by congress!!!!. The constitution says no such thing. In fact the constitution says they don't have the authority. " All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a congress of the united states."

THINK, america-hater.

They don't write laws, nor repeal laws, nor rewrite the constitution. They are the THIRD branch of our government that is charged with:

Section 2
1: The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;—to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;—to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;—to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;

I know most racists are dumb, but you're dumber than most.

The people who wrote it didn't think it's part of the Constitution, either. Obviously, you know better than those dunces...

The 1803 Court was comprised of founding fathers.

The Marbuy court was comprised of only founding fathers? Wow, did not now this. Even if partially, I never heard this is school.

Only one of the six was an actual Framer (William Patterson). Marshall, and two others took part in ratification conventions, one signed the Declaration, and two were veterans of the war. So, yeah, it was a Court of exclusively founding fathers. Four of the six were even appointed by Washington.

Was your major history? Or something related?
