Circumstances in Benghazi are quite different......SHE KNEW security was far from adequate...
SHE KNEW the danger was very high from the previous attacks just in the last few months before that attack
She didn't lift a finger to attempt a rescue....even if a rescue would have been too late, it should have been attempted....even Carter tried in Iran...a failed attempt is better than no attempt....
The buck stops with her.....she didn't fire the bullets or fire the APG,s....she is responsible at least for incompetence in providing adequate security and lack of a rescue effort...thats wtf her job required.....

What he "believed" is irrelevant. He didn't state his belief, he stated, as a statement of fact, that there was absolute certainty about Saddam's WMD stockpiles when he knew full well that uncertainty did exist even within his own intelligence agencies. That made it a lie.

His direct quotes about WMD's were legion, but on at least one occasion, he stated, "THERE IS NO DOUBT...." when referring to the existence of Saddam's stockpiles. That made it a lie, because there was, in fact, doubt, uncertainly, caveats, qualifiers concerning that very subject within his own intelligence services.
 
If he had said, "I personally have no doubt" or "there is little doubt" that would not have been a lie. Words have meanings and I certainly expect my president to use them with accuracy and precision.... don't YOU?

I think you will find that only AL Gore made a statement that stated absolute certainty about Saddam's stockpiles of WMD's and he made that AFTER he left office. Bush was our commander-in-chief when he lied about it.
