the issue is not what he believed. It is that he stated as fact that there was absolute certainty about Saddam's stockpiles when he knew that such absolute certainty did not exist.

again. Bush stated as fact that there was absolute certainty about Saddam's WMD's. No other world leader made those claims. And even if they HAD made those claims, they would have been lies as well. There always were degrees of uncertainty about Saddam's stockpiles, and to claim otherwise was a lie.

If Bush had said "I think there are WMD's" or "There may be WMD's", they would be making the same complaints.
Now if he had said "I'm certain there are WMD's, PERIOD", then I could see why they would complain.

Bush had an advantage.....at least in his case there were people outside his administration that believed the same thing he did......its obvious that only Obama, Hillary and the rest of his administration believed Benghazi was about movies.....
