Trivial objections fallacy. Address the issue. If the few US urban areas and top population states dominated all national elections by popular vote, they would control for all intents the trajectory of the nation's policies and laws. The rural areas would have little or no say in politics.
So your failure to get facts correct is trivial and then you can just double down on your failure to get facts correct? Every state uses a one man one vote system so most states are dominated by urban areas since that is where the votes are since that is where people live. If we follow your claims then rural areas have no say in many elections since the majority in every state often lives in a few urban areas.
South Dakota - 50% of the population lives in the 10 largest cities.
North Dakota - 57% of the population lives in the 10 largest cities.
Wyoming - 47% of the population lives in the 10 largest cities
New York - 48% of the population lives in the 10 largest cites. (The 10th largest city in NY is almost the exact size as the 10th largest city in AL.)
43% of Georgians live in the Atlanta metro area.
