I like watching the Full Moon rise in the East as the Sun sets in the West. There's a certain majesty to it when seen on a clear day. Tomorrow night is actual Full Moon but you'll have to check times to see if the angles are right for an exact rising and setting. Usually it's very close. Well worth 15-30 minutes if you can see both. Unfortunately, my weather is overcast for the next few days.
