The Senate was never notified on the 13th, dumbass. It's not an impeachment until the Senate is notified. The the Senate WAS finally notified (after Trump left office), they summarily threw it out on that basis.

Impeachment is in the house. It is not in the Senate. Once the vote is counted, he was impeached. The senate votes on whether to acquit or vote guilty. Their job follows impeachment.

Nope. Impeachment doesn't occur until the Senate is notified. Until then, it's just a vote to impeach. Both times the House voted to impeach, they couldn't even name specifics for the Senate.

Impeachment is not conviction, dumbass. It is completely meaningless unless the Senate convicts. Go are just Witch Hunting.
