Sure, it gets into a grey area. Most of those cases were for the assault on the mother, IIRC. Is there a particular case you wish to discuss?

Note that there are 50 Laboratories of Democracy all with variations under the unified umbrella of our Constitution. That's why Texas can subjugate both women and minorities and Oregon can let protestors burn down parts of their capitol.

There is the absolute right to life, but abortion is not the only place where it becomes legal to take away potential life or life itself.

Nope. I thank that post birth abortion should be completely legal up to the age of 39 given the appearance of most young people today.
They wear goddamned track suits and such to restaurants, the birthingpersonfuckers. [I really like the old word better., btw]

I did not determine it, medical professionals did when determining likely viability.

I suspect as medical science improves it would become earlier and earlier and that its different in different circumstances.

I don't know who you're talking to, meth head. I am not personally supportive of abortion. Thankfully I've never been in a position to have to consider one. Women, however, have and should have a right to get them. Your opinion could not possibly matter less.

Under R v. W I think the argument could be made that an artificial womb that a fetus could be transferred to, would make abortion illegal as long as the artificial womb was something a fetus or zygote could be readably and reasonably transferred into. You should read R. v. W., its a case of limiting government power as it relates to individuals rights.
