Abortion Follies: Texas style

Who fucking cares what some long dead asshole did?

Oh right, you care because...those things matter to you?

So if you want to force a woman to have a baby, then you should have no problem with doctors taking one of your kidneys to save the life of someone with kidney failure.

After all, we're talking human life, right?

So you would have no problem with the State forcing you to give your kidney to some random person you've never met?
"Who fucking cares what some long dead asshole did?" You use his words as your signature....So.... And apparently some unborn children matter very much to their father....

I use the words of Jessica Foster in my signature.

I want to ask you something that will come off as really mean: are you functionally illiterate?

No, life does not begin
at conception under Jewish law. Sources in the Talmud note that the fetus is “mere water”
before 40 days of gestation. Following this period, the fetus is considered a physical part of
the pregnant individual’s body, not yet having life of its own or independent rights. The fetus
is not viewed as separate from the parent’s body until birth begins and the first breath of
oxygen into the lungs allows the soul to enter the body.

Does Jewish law assert that it is possible to murder a fetus? No, Jewish law does not
consider a fetus to be alive. The Torah, Exodus 21:22-23, recounts a story of two men who
are fighting and injure a pregnant woman, resulting in her subsequent miscarriage. The verse
explains that if the only harm done is the miscarriage, then the perpetrator must pay a fine.
However, if the pregnant person is gravely injured, the penalty shall be a life for a life as in
other homicides. The common rabbinical interpretation of this verse is that the men did not
commit murder and that the fetus is not a person. The primary concern is the well-being of
the person who was injured.

no, it says if there is injury because someone causes a miscarriage then they are responsible for the injury in equal measure......life for life......

Right, someone causes the miscarriage...

Now, how would someone cause a miscarriage?

And the injury for which they are responsible is the injury TO WHOM?

This is like teaching 3rd graders how to read.

So what does she mean by strange fruit?
Most people care...;)

Yes, well the Constitution has never said that killing fetuses is murder.

until the 70s pretty much all states said that abortion was a felony.......

How many sperm cells did you kill just last night Wanker?

its bad enough you are totally ignorant of basic biology, but its really sad you admit in public that you don't know the difference between a sperm cell and a fetus........

My wife and I agreed to have children and we wanted them all the way. My wife was not raped, she was 23 years old- not 12 YO, my children had parents that wanted a family, their mother was not a victim of incest, and the mother was in excellent health with no health risks involved with having children. My children were planned, and were born with parents that were able to provide for them. Our children were not at risk of having some birth defect or life debilitating disease like Down Syndrome. Not every fetus has all that going for them.

There are real medical reasons to abort certain pregnancies- YOU ARE JUST TRYING TO PLAY STUPID HERE!

AND YOU ARE DOING A GREAT JOB OF IT!
in short, like any other lib'rul you consider the unborn to be children until you want to kill them......

The fetus was lost because the woman was hurt.

That is literally what it says.

Agreed Exodus 21:22 means punishing anyone who causes a woman to miscarry but if he seriously injures the woman, put the asshole to death in Exodus 21:23.

Personally, I believe God gave us all brains and fully expects us to use them in any and all situations. That's what Free Will is all about.

No! I certainly would never use it as such.

I raised my children! Both of them.

Population explosion of unwanted babies control- YES!

I think it becomes necessary to control that and I see nothing wrong with keeping unwanted babies down to a minimum.
Paradox. Which is it, dude?
There are already over a 100 thousand children who are waiting for adoption now- and the Foster homes are full and can't take any more.
It's better to be an orphan than dead.
It's like every animal control shelter is full, so they euthanize dogs and cats because the supply overwhelms the demand.
A human is not a dog or cat.
I don't like to know that they have to euthanize animals- BUT IT BECOMES NECESSARY WHETHER ANYONE ELSE WILL ADMIT IT OR NOT.
A human being is not a dog or cat.
Abortion is one of those things that you have to ask yourself- Are the consequences for the better good from outlawing or from legalizing it?
It's better to be an orphan than dead.
And you know what my answer is without me having to say it.
You want to condone murder for convenience...all in the name of euthanization. You sound like the Nazis did.
