Abortion isn't murder because according to Jewish law (Old Testament, loser), a fetus doesn't have a soul and the life of the mother is what is most important.

You don't get a soul until you're born (well, not YOU because you're soulless, but everyone else); prior to that, you don't count for anything.

If you want to take away her bodily autonomy in order to save a life, then I should be able to tear a kidney out of you without your consent to save the life of someone with kidney failure. After all, you can live with just 1 kidney.
