Apparently, Amy's nomination isn't about her qualifications OR abortion. Today it is about the ACA. Yes folks, Amy's nomination is about an act that was passed along straight party lines, has never met the lie filled expectations the Party of the Jackass sold us, and whose passage have led to significantly increased costs to Americans.

The other thing I am hearing is this ASSumption that Biden is going to win this election. It seems they are consumed by their own echo chamber and instead of focusing on ACB's qualifications, we are getting political theatrics and political ads.

Someone asked a question about how the confirmation become so politicized; it is because the Democratic Party of the Jackass thinks ALL things are political, even a jurist.
 
I can't help but notice the irony as the CUNTS and PRICKS of the Party of the Jackass opine about Americans who are suffering and how the Senate refuses to act in order to help them, yet it was the Democratic Party of the Jackass who filibustered legislation that provided Covid relief.

What level of misplaced hutzpah does it take for these CUNTS and PRICKS to think the American people are as stupid as the constituents of these lying CUNTS and PRICKS.

Another farcical lie promoted by these lying CUNTS and PRICKS of the Party of the Jackass, that this hearing is an attempt to bypass the will of the American voters. How is that even possible when the American people elected Republicans to be the majority in the Senate and Trump as their President.

What presumptuous buffoonery does it take to believe the election is already won by Dementia Joe Biden? Even IF the Democrats win, Trump will still be the President until January 20th as will the Republican majority. NOTHING will have changed.

No all you leftist CUNTS and PRICKS in the minority, we don't need to wait. The American people have spoken in 2016 and 2018.
 
Democrats have been pushing for President Trump to refrain from nominating her replacement and for the Republican-controlled Senate to refuse to confirm a nominee.

The fair thing to do, they claim, is to allow the people to choose the president whom they would like to fill the seat. Naturally, this is a calculated gamble that Democrat Joe Biden will win the presidency next month and therefore name Justice Ginsburg’s successor.

But were this to happen—were President Trump to abdicate his authority to immediately nominate a potential Justice and the Senate willingly delay a vote so that a President from a different party could claim the nomination instead—it would buck more than 200 years of historical precedent.

There have been 16 U.S. Supreme Court vacancies in presidential election years. 12 justices have been nominated in an election year and confirmed before the presidential election, while only one was nominated but failed to win confirmation in the Senate.

Nearly 50 years passed before another Supreme Court seat opened up in an election year. In early 2016, conservative Justice Antonin Scalia passed away suddenly, and Democratic President Barack Obama immediately nominated Merrick Garland to replace him. The Republican-controlled Senate, however, refused to act on the nomination.

This, of course, prompted outrage among Democrats, but there was precedent from both 1844 and 1852 to support the Senate’s decision. Senators in both of those election years tabled presidential nominees in the hopes that their party would win the presidential election and with it the chance to name a potential Justice more in line with their philosophy.

There was, in that sense, nothing unusual about the Republican Senate’s refusal to vote on Garland’s nomination; just as there is nothing unusual about a Senate immediately voting on and confirming a President’s Supreme Court nominee when both the President and the Senate majority belong to the same party.

This is the accepted norm in American politics and has been almost since the dawn of America itself.

The clear majorirty of Americans want the ACA and Roe v Wade kept in place. Trump put her in to destroy those . It leaves the Dems with little choice. If they want to preserve what the people want, they will have to expand the court. The Reds just stole 2 seats , The Dems have to do something. Take your cheating like a good boy.
