There needs to be term limits..if one party that realizes we need that could take the House, Senate, and presidency..that needs to be the 1st thing done.

I am a very strong proponent for term limits for the House and Senate. Our founders never intended the Congress to be a full time career.

I would like to see the House held to four two year terms and the Senate to two four year terms. In addition, if you have served in the House, you cannot jump over to the Senate to serve another eight years and vice versa.

In addition, I would like to see a retirement age of 70 implemented. We don't need confused old septuagenarians making decisions for us.

I wish the Justices of the Supreme Court would do that same. I would be fine with a term limit at age 74.

The clear majorirty of Americans want the ACA and Roe v Wade kept in place. Trump put her in to destroy those . It leaves the Dems with little choice. If they want to preserve what the people want, they will have to expand the court. The Reds just stole 2 seats , The Dems have to do something. Take your cheating like a good boy.

I think the Supreme Court Justices are also watching this atrocity and sees this Power Grab for what it is.

So, I think the justices will be asking Amy to recuse herself for the upcoming California vs. Texas hearing- AND ANY HEARING HAVING TO DO WITH THE ELECTION!

One thing the Supreme court members do not want is Donald Trump's shit stains on their court!

Get us past those hearings and Amy will work out fine and will end up becoming a revered member on the bench.

I do not think that Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, or Roberts are guaranteed shoe-ins to end the ACA or reverse the ROE vs. Wade against the people's will.

These justices seem like husbands and fathers and considerate of the negative uncalled for consequences that would bring.

I may be wrong, but I have become more trusting of all of them.

Amy, we know how she will vote, because this has been her lifetime mission and goal.

Stop and think, people over 35 are warned by doctors that having babies at their age are risking having DOWN SYMDROME CHILDREN but yet AMy and her husband chose to do so- and WALLA- DOWN SYNDROME CHILD. That shows desperation to sacrifice oneself to prove some religious point about not having abortions- at the cost of a child that will never reach 30 years old! SEEMS SELFISH TO ME.

And her adopting children from Haiti was an effort to show she is not a racist- as if she needed to do that for her lifetime goal of becoming a Supreme Court Justice- AFTER JUST SERVING ONLY 3 YEARS total as an actual judge AND HAVING SO MANY CASE JUDGMENTS THAT HAVE QUESTIONABLE RACIAL CONNOTATIONS TO THEM.

She has been fascinated with the near GOD-LIKE POWERS of the Supreme Court ever since she worked on the Gore vs. Bush Supreme Court case that decided an election, and also serving under Scalia at a very young age.

And then her writing those papers about Roberts at a time when Trump was campaigning to end the ACA, not much differently than a prostitute shaking her ass to a John, as if saying Hey Mr. Trump I'm your gal!
