Air Traffic Controllers Warned US Army Helicopter Ahead Of Crash

According to recent reports, the air traffic control tower at Reagan National Airport typically has around 19 fully certified controllers on shift, although the FAA and controller union target a staffing level of 30, highlighting a significant understaffing issue at the airport.

Key points:
There is understaffing at all FAA facilities. That's why they are turning to more automation and it takes a bit longer now to get your weather briefings, and it can take a bit longer to get your class B clearance for VFR flights.

First, I never disagreed on the altitude difference, Fredo.

Second, the fact you fail to understand the three-dimensional problem is expected since I know you are a few eggs short of a dozen.
Altitude is not a factor here. Both aircraft were low enough. ATC simply failed to alert for traffic to either aircraft or to issue a traffic avoidance alert to either aircraft. The helicopter was also VFR, and should have been aware of her surroundings.

The best definition of yourself I can think of, Sybil. :thup:
Altitude is not a factor here.
QED on "simply" AKA simple-minded.

Son, it was clearly a factor, but one of many. Lateral distance is as important as vertical distance in a 3D environment. Only a simple-minded moron wants to lay this tragedy at the feet of only one person or group.

I am not you, Sybil.

Altitude is not a significant factor here. Neither aircraft should have been in the others lateral space.

Redefinition fallacy (capitalism<->socialism, corporation<->socialism).

A corporation is just a way of organizing a business. It is a business. Your redefinition fallacies won't work.
Redefinition fallacies (costs<->socialism, private company<->socialism).

Redefinition fallacies (corporation<->crime, corporation<->poverty).

Now, let's look at crime and poverty, since you brought it up.
The slaves were in poverty. They had nothing. They weren't allowed to even own the cloths on their backs. All of this was supported by DEMOCRATS, who STILL want slavery today.

Crime in the cities today is rampant and out of control because of DEMOCRATS. They have demoralized and defunded the police and they largely quit to work in better places. It is also DEMOCRATS the encouraged the importation of illegal aliens, including many violent criminals, and the drugs, and allow the homeless problem to continue.

Today's cities are like yesterday's plantations.

Again...DEMOCRATS.

Go look again. Most stuff at Walmart is made in America.

DON'T TRY TO BLAME THE PROBLEMS OF DEMOCRATS ON ANYBODY ELSE!

They didn't, you know.

Oh THIS again....

Any employee of any company can decide to quit and work for someplace anytime they want to.
Monopolies are naturally unstable. It isn't long before some startup comes along and shoots their kneecaps off with a better or cheaper (or BOTH!) product. Monopolies can ONLY continue to exist with government help (fascism or communism).

EVERY company must compete. EVERY company MUST serve it's customers or go out of business. Running a company is in and of itself service to others. NO company lasts long without customers!

Repetitive rubbish, just mantras . Don't try to blame Democrats for merely cooperating with your Republican Party technocrats and hypocrisies.

You described yourself perfectly, Sybil, but you are not your own son.

Argument of the Stone fallacy. Buzzword fallacy.
Don't try to blame Democrats
I will certainly blame Democrats.
for merely cooperating with your Republican Party technocrats and hypocrisies.
Inversion fallacy. YOU are the technocrats and hypocrites. YOU are the socialists. YOU support fascism, communism, and slavery.
DON'T TRY TO BLAME YOUR PROBLEMS ON ANYBODY ELSE!

Nah. You're an old, miserable codger filled with hate and stuck in a mental institution because you hallucinate and cannot differentiate between yourself and other people. You think you insults actually make a difference.

I'm content to let the rational, intelligent and educated members of the forum to decide for themselves, son.

How's your mom these days?

More rubbish, no real rebuttals, just bandwagoning on the ideological short bus.

you obviously haven't listened to any audio of this incident, thus you should stop speaking about it.
