Another MAGAt white nationalist who doesn't understand history.
Another example of using the phrase 'MAGA' to refer to Democrats.
Noncitizens undeniably have a wide range of rights under the Constitution. Indeed, within the borders of the United States, they have most of the same rights as citizens do, and longstanding Supreme Court precedent bans most state laws discriminating against noncitizens. There is little if any serious controversy among experts over this matter.

Do undocumented immigrants have constitutional rights?

The Constitution protects all people living in the United States, regardless of immigration status. Most constitutional provisions apply based on personhood, not citizenship. In other words, if an individual is physically present in the US, they are entitled to the protections granted by the Constitution.
Rights don't come from a piece of paper, Sybil.

Really? In your own words, what is scotus and what are some of the things that scotus does?

After you answer that, tell me if that sounds like a document to you.

We both know that you won't actually respond to what I asked. You'll come back with some more of your retarded word games and, in doing so, will acknowledge your idiocy.
Go see Article III.

You are asking did the 14th Amendment apply to slaves? The 13th Amendment got rid of slavery, so there were no slaves for the 14th Amendment to apply to.

Exactly. Just ask Trump.
You mean Donald "Ready, Shoot, Aim" Trump? The Felonious Flip-Flopper? That guy? Or do you mean the successful businesswoman, Ivanka Trump?
