More due to welfare. People are no longer looking for work. They would rather stay on welfare.
Another factor is that people who are working have moved out state to take a job in a free State.

The economy is rated by exactly the same statistics and ratings that previous admins used. It is not determined by the party in power, but by the Labor dept rules. Do you research anything before you type? The value of using the same stats allows us to determine the strength and direction of the economy year after year and month after month. You are as usual, dead wrong.
