Another thread that makes a false premise because it says all or none. Why do you people insist on doing that:? Were you sleeping during writing classes? Didn't you take any? How about logic anjhs math? Do they elude you too?

Good points. Well, it did serve one purpose.... it definitely exposed the racists for who they are on this board. What a surprise that they turned out *not* to be the ones the OP was shaking a scolding finger at, eh?

You know, I remember the days when rightwing message boarders howled in protest if anyone dare to mention there are a lot of racists in modern conservatism.

These days, with all the bigots, racists, and rightwing klansmen running around the board, and calling black posters "n*ggers", the Republican contingent on jpp.com are not even trying to deny the rampant racism in their own party.

It is just down to them mostly pretending that they can't see it....or hollering that liberals are just as racist as the rightwing...if not more so!

That right there is bizarre. It's part of the whole RW meme "I know you are but what am I" childish crap. Liberals are "racist" because we support a public safety net. Somehow providing for hungry children, the elderly, the sick equates to keeping people of color "dependent on the white man." WTF. Then there's the turn-about.... RWer says something racist. It's pointed out that the speech is racist. RW immediately accuses person (particularly if they are black) of being a racist for seeing racism. Double WTF. It's as ludicrous as the "You're intolerant because you don't like my hate speech" meme they also have going.

Trump made it OK to be openly racist. he made it cool, in right wing circles, be be white power. He made it acceptable to be a Nazi in public.Trump has not elevated the American culture.

Now that's funny; because liberals don't provide a safety net and instead it's nothing more then a safety anchor, that's used to keep down those they say they're helping.
