Before Republicans passed a Constitutional Amendment prohibiting democrats from taking and keeping slaves, the states did have their own laws.

Why is it that you democrats hate democracy so deeply? Is it because you yearn for a totalitarian dictator to make all the decisions in life for you?

Nope. Biden had the power to run. It was his decision. Apparently, he was convinced his debate was very destructive to his chances and might harm other candidates if he kept running. Joe is helping Harris at rallies.

The only actual coup was the one staged by McCabe, Strzok, and Page. With the knowledge and approval of Barack Obama when they attempted to overthrow the president of the United States in 2017.
