Mrs. Ford, knowing fully well that she could go to jail for lying, knowing fully well she could lose her job, named a witness in the case- Mr. Judge- Brett Kavanaugh's best friend. Mrs. Ford says that he was in the same room, was egging Kavenaugh on in the beginning and asking him to stop at some point, during the assault.
So, since Kavanaugh has said he does not know Mrs. Ford, and has denied he was even at a residence with her at all, obviously means that someone is lying.
Now without a witness, both her allegations and his denials are unproven and hang in a he said, she said cloud.
So why is Mr. Judge not being subpoenaed to testify before us today? Especially since he could either corroborate hers, or his testimony.
Now, not being under oath, Mr. Ford is reported to have told Fox News sources that he does not remember the incident.
It becomes necessary, to this case, for him to testify under oath, just as Mrs. Ford and Brett Kavanaugh is having to testify today.
And, I do not care which side of the aisle you are sitting on, everyone knows I am right about this.
So, what it already appears to be, is the Republican led investigation, is already withholding evidence that could help decide the truth in this matter and incident.
The All Men Republican led Judicial Affairs committee does not want to hear the testimony from the named witness, and they are hiding him out, and keeping him at bay, and out of harms way.
And the special lady prosecutor in this case that the All White- All Men- Republican led Judicial Affairs committee hired to come in and make Mrs. Ford out to be a whore, a liar, and a weaker sex woman, of course, with emotional problems and political motivations, has spent the entire day yesterday, rehearsing with Brett Kavanaugh going over the questions she will be asking him, while White House lawyers are coaching him on how to be consistent in just simply denying everything Mrs. Ford says today.
This is a kangaroo court, before it ever begins.
And all it will be is an obstruction of justice, because there was no proper investigation performed, by proper investigative authorities to investigate the charges brought before the hearing, and named witnesses are being covered up in this case, and not being brought in to testify.
So just expect people to be out in the streets as we all watch this Obstruction of Justice by the Republican led and controlled hearing today.
But, this is just the way Republicans do things today- outside the norm- not based on precedent- covering up the true facts- and totally unfair- AND TO WIN AT ANY COST.

When a couple of days ago, Ted Cruze and his lovely wife were shouted out of a restaurant very rudely, indignantly, and over the top by his opposition, it was Beto O'Rourke that sent out a tweet, just minutes after the incident was aired, and personally called this out as wrong, and said that "Ted Cruze should not be treated this way, and that he should be treated with respect".
And I totally agree!

Well, the only reason why I agree, is because my own parents and grandparents taught me to respect others who did not agree with me, and also my Speech Teacher in High School taught us how to Debate with confidence and show respect for your opposition, as well.
And even though I am not the best example of what I was taught, because I intentionally go after those here in this forum who I witness clearly not respecting their opposition, makes me go against another thing I was taught- two wrongs does not make a right!
So, yes, I am guilty- but I do know what is actually the right way to behave!
