BREAKING: Trump says he’s going to overturn the 14th Amendment with an executive order.

Trump claims that he is going to make 18 major foundational changes in América when history teaches that at max 3 is ever possible, and that is rare....2 is the normal limit.

He biggest fault.....over optimism.....has not been solved.

Says the folks that were never upset from the 13 times (small exaggeration, not a big one but definitely slightly exaggerated) pResident Braindead tried to do something the SCOTUS already specifically told him was against the constitution.

I think he's going to test the wording of the 14th. We do have a SCOTUS that will rule on it, of that I am certain. I don't see much difference between this and Braindead repeatedly trying to exercise the legislative authority through his executive orders. Well one difference, once they've ruled I think Trump will understand that repeating the experience is futile.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

Illegal aliens are by definition not subject to the jurisdiction of the country and are in fact illegally present.

President's using executive orders is bullshit since the next president can change them. Congress needs to do their fucking job instead of constantly punting to the WH or SCOTUS.

In this case, I'm guessing it will end up with SCOTUS. Trump plans to deport US citizens. Notice that Melania and her family were part of chain migration. LOL

President-elect Donald Trump told NBC's Kristen Welker, in an interview filmed Friday and aired this morning on "Meet the Press," that he supports changing the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution to eliminate birthright citizenship, but if they can't get that done then they will have to deport U.S. citizen children who have illegal immigrant parents together.

"Well, I don't want to be breaking up families, so the only way you don't break up the family is you keep them together and you have to send them all back," Trump said.
