And we are talking about anchor babies from people who illegally enter the country. Because the are born here illegally, they are not subject to the jurisdiction of the country and hence are not citizens.

There is a lot of play in such orders, and Biden tried to do them in different ways that he thought might be considered Constitutional. That is different than deporting AMERICAN CITIZENS because you wont accept that Constitutionally they are CITIZENS.
 
I think he's going to test the wording of the 14th. We do have a SCOTUS that will rule on it, of that I am certain. I don't see much difference between this and Braindead repeatedly trying to exercise the legislative authority through his executive orders. Well one difference, once they've ruled I think Trump will understand that repeating the experience is futile.
It seems trumps position is much more clearly against the very clear meaning of the very direct language in the 14th Amendment.

It would be akin to a president declaring that The Baptist Church is the official religion of the United States.

How could we deport them if they are not subject to our jurisdiction? If they commit a crime, are you suggesting the United States has no jurisdiction over them? If they make money, do we not have jurisdiction to tax them?

President's using executive orders is bullshit since the next president can change them. Congress needs to do their fucking job instead of constantly punting to the WH or SCOTUS.

Okay, so you are an expert on the 14th Amendment. Cool. The sole purpose of the 14th Amendment was to ensure full citizenship rights for ex-slaves and their descendants. Is that your opinion?

If Trump, through his DOJ and FBI, does as promised, and seeks to prosecute and jail members of the Congressional investigation into 1/6, how long before Trump has to issue blanket pardons for his own staff in four years because, now that the precedent has been set, they are all facing prison?
