Where are the exceptions for having "rejecting the jurisdiction" or "defying the jurisdiction"? Additionally, how does a newborn reject or deny anything?

"Subject to the jurisdiction thereof". That's the phrase the left ignores. Citizens of another country are subject to the jurisdiction of their country. All persons born of citizens of the USA are citizens. That's the purpose of the 14th Amendment, to ensure the children of ex-slaves are citizens.
 
The plain wording of the amendment is clear, born here means you are a citizen. Reject that as you please, but its clear.
What the fucking morons don't comprehend is that SCOTUS agrees the 14th Amendment is five parts with the Equal Protection Clause used multiple times in their rulings. This is one reason why I know those who don't understand are stupid, ignorant or, mostly, demented, elderly bigots. All Archie Bunker types who have long outlived their usefulness. Sad.

EOs shouldn't replace Congressional legislation, but when Congress refuses to act, as they've done with immigration laws, I can see why they are used. Again, the problem isn't Biden or Trump, but Congress not doing their fucking job.

"Well, I don't want to be breaking up families, so the only way you don't break up the family is you keep them together and you have to send them all back," Trump said.
Just because you happen to be born within the borders of the United States does NOT make you a citizen. See the 14th amendment and Article I.
