Another characteristic of Fascists and other despots are they hire their families to help rule. That maintains control over other aspects of governance. Trump also fired the people he put in charge because they were competent and not sycophants. He put some of them in charge.

people here are trying to add things to the meaning so they can claim not to be fascist, such as nationalism v. globalism, or nepotism or not nepotism. that's all bullshit.
