Can a President send anyone away to be tortured if he simply claims they are enemies of the State?

I do not claim that all of those apply to illegal immigrants. I do claim that an illegal immigrant is one of all people.

They are human beings who are given the right to offer a defense in a hearing or court, according to our laws. Trump ignored that and took them to a foreign country to be abused, beaten raped and tortured. I wonder how long ago he set that up. He had to make the deal with El Salvador, offering them money and perhaps other things. It was organized and ready to go.

But that is NOT what you claim - you claim the the Executive Branch, which is empowered by Article II of the United States Constitution to enforce laws duly created by Congress , is NOT allowed to enforce our laws and must beg permission from thousands of low level judges to take any action. You demand that illegal aliens have the same rights and immunities as citizens. Again noting that not you nor any other Stalinist can list even a single privilege or immunity that a citizen has that a non-citizen does not.

Effectively you deny that American Citizenship exists - extended to its logical conclusion, you deny that America exists as a sovereign nation.
