Don't fence me in
Yeah, wait till the other Republicans nail him on his 2nd amendment arguement before the Supreme Court, talk about a nail in the coffin! Lol
What is his position on the 2A?

Ted Cruz couldn't get elected dog catcher outside of Texas. As a Democrat, I'd say...go ahead...make our day...nominate Ted Cruz...Hilliary would beat him by the biggest land slide since Reagan put the beat down on Mondale. LOL![]()

Democrats don't like him because his jabs sting and he won't back down.
Cruz doesn't seem to be losing any sleep.
The more he gets attacked, the stronger he'll become, and the more determined.
Before entering the Senate, he argued for a living and was good enough at it to make a handsome living while building a reputation as one of the best constitutional lawyers.
Harvard Law School Alan Dershowitz, no conservative, told the Washington Post that Cruz was "off-the-charts brilliant."
Cruz has been named by American Lawyer magazine as one of the 50 Best Litigators under 45 in America in the country. In his 30s, he argued nine cases before the Supreme Court and won.
Whenever he is challenged, his energy level goes up, his backbone stiffens, and his wits sharpen. From that point, it's game on.
Cruz doesn't care about being popular or part of the in-crowd. He's comfortable with conflict.
He can't be intimidated or scared off. He doesn't care if other senators isolate him, ignore him or attack him. He doesn't care if they let him into their club. So they have no power over him.
As unpopular as he is within the Beltway, he is keenly aware that in the heartland and across the country his stance in defiance of Obamacare, and his willingness to rock the political boat, have transformed him into a rock star.

We'll just have to see. Won't we?The story isnt even "written" yet. We have no idea what the political fallout will be from the govt shutdown. But there's a good chance the Republicans are going to get hit hard. Most Americans already blame them (according the the myriad polls in the media).
The fact that he was so visible? Nail in the coffin.

That's not to mention that there are about a dozen other national level Democrats who would beat him like an old rug too. So...go ahead...nominate him...make us happy! LOL

Some people seem to think that most people want an authoritarian marxist gov't ruling over them, or that marxism represents freedom. And if you don't, you live on an island somewhere, or you're an anarchist, and our numbers are small.Btw, is this even necessary to say on the Internet? Or anywhere?![]()

Taft is a teabag troll so is big bowl movement and truth ged!
Nobody licks that much teabagger taint!
What I love about the Tea Bagger love for Cruz is that he actually WAS born in a foreign country, they were all over Obama because they falsely thought he might have been born in a foreign country, but they love Cruz for president even though he WAS born in a foreign country.
This coming from the dimwitted troll whore who thinks trolling equates to subtance?
You really are THAT stupid.
Now run back to that gated trailer park you crawled out of; I think I hear your second cousin wife calling you.
:0) Newt Gingrich was a 'leader' at one time too. Led the Republican Party right into the toilet .. resigned in disgrace.
'Leadership'
Well,,,, excuuuuuse me.Do you always re-state the obvious in your posts?
Give us a break on scrolling, how about it?
The ability to garner the millions of votes necessary to win a national election is a qualification to be the president .. )
So you're bailing out on the argument that I was comparing their academic careers?
Duly noted. Win for me.
