Such threads are usually just echo chambers for the children in the kiddie pool.
If a topic a fairly decent one, I just create a parallel open thread on it. Their echo chamber quickly dies.

The Democrat Party criminally suppressed hundreds of thousands of socialist votes just this month, handing demented rapist/career criminal Biden his victories in crucial swing states.

The idea that the Republicans are worse is laughable.
