I don't know , do you know how many millions of Americans get their electric from Canada?
Most of the northern mid west states , NH Vermont MI, MA the very Northern part of NY .

One other thing if the Canadians can do this it wouldn't be too hard for them to shut down electric power to millions of Americans in the north , it would do great harm to our economy if they just shut it down for about 10 days ,

Canada doesn't sell power to the United States. They don't control the WRIC or ERIC either.
