I know exactly what the future holds. The enemies of freedom may make some short-term progress, but they eventually self-destruct. Even if they eliminate the opposition, they will start fighting among themselves, because they can't even stand each other. Eventually, sanity will return, as the people decide that they have had enough. After all, no tyranny can exist without the consent of the people.

Really? Tyranny exists in the US right now without the consent of the people.

Republicans would've been way better off had they just conceded in 2016 tbh. They have an unsustainable model of refusing to broaden their appeal and doubling down on their base with ever increasing extremism. This just convinced them that it will work in the long run, when its not gong to.

Basically Muelller is suspending any obstructionist probe for now in favor of going back to collusion.

Trump was dealing for an interview in return for a rapid end, but Mueller thinks he can wear down Trump
anyhow with yet more rehashing of already trodden ground.

And the fvcked up thing is -he can indeed.

CNN probably read Mueller the riot act. They need to keep the needle in their audience's arms for their daily Trump/collusion fix.

Let's try the easy .. how do reconcile Trump's refusal to adhere to the demands on Russia that is supported by virtually the entire Congress?

It took awhile to get the Kremlin Report ( list of oligarchs and their relation to the Kremlin)
