There's a lot of 'traffic' here for three Moderators. My guess is they will need to add a Moderator at some point. There's people like Legina, Teflon Don, USF, just jumping up and down, screaming, and waving both arms around, to get the next slot. (They all may deserve it, they know the Rules pretty darn well). To the Majority of Blue Team, it looks lopsided. I'm just making a suggestion here that the next Moderator should be from the Blue Team. I have no one particular in mind. I don't know if any Blue Team has the 10 years in at JPP. I don't know if Blue Team has someone that knows the Rules as well as the 3 previously mentioned Red Team members. Cordiality. Getting along. Being able to work together would be a Prime Factor, I don't know if that exists here?
We may have to accept that USF becomes Vice Overlord #2. :(

4. Thousands of newly inspired will flock to Political Sites like JPP.
5. In anticipation of the 'newly inspired', JPP will want to have an appearance of 'Fair & Balanced'.
6. As it is now, the Moderators: Alpha Dog Leader of Red Team (Grind), Vice Overlord (Captain Billy), and Crazy Church Lady (Phantasmal) have cultivated an 'appearance' of Far Right-Wing Religious Conservatives (naturally, this is from MY perspective as a Moderate Centrist that is Unbiased).
7. Hence, beginning a process of debate within the 'Administration' of including a 'Blue Team' affiliated member might be in order.
