CNN Poll: Biden Lead Shrinks on Convention Eve with Double-Digit Shift Trump’s Way

The other three polls that have come out during the same time frame have Biden up by an average of double digits. But let them cling to their little Trump only behind by 4 life raft. Maybe it will keep them from getting really angry and kicking the dog again.
 
And this is a CNN poll that oversamples democrats.

People are sick of the riots and big city violence. Trump is winning reelection is a land slide.

I think there is a good chance Trump wins. I won't make predictions aside from this: there is no way it's a landslide.

It will be close either way.

All these people who are looking at the polls and saying it's a lock for Biden could be in for a rude awakening on November 5th.

Not something I'm personally snobby about at all. I actually agree w/ that last part.

But that's not what Trump meant. I know the context of those comments very well, and they're consistent with his 5th Avenue comment about supporters, which essentially is saying that they don't think.

He's accurate, of course - one of the few times. But the context is clear as day in all of his comments on that topic. Ultimately, he has disdain for his supporters.

If, after the conventions, Biden is 10 points ahead or more, you will see the Republican elected officials begin to abandon him in any swing state or district. The National party will begin to focus more on the senatorial candidates, and Trump will become a side note for RNC funds.
