Con Law - Lesson 1 "The Preamble"

There is no such thing as the 'unorganized militia'. If anything, you are referring to people.

People will protect themselves, their land, their communities, and even their State.
The State may also organize a militia.
I don't believe you. Right-wingers, like You have no problem just plain lying us (and presumably let us miss our turn).

I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people, except for a few public officials."— George Mason, in Debates in Virginia Convention on
Ratification of the Constitution, Elliot, Vol. 3, June 16, 1788

There it is.

Not enforcing the laws against rape, theft, murder, and other such crimes...and the Catch and Release Method of handling criminals mean crime rate goes up.
And it has.

Open looting is now common in such areas, so is open car hijacking, open assault and murder, vandalism, and pillaging.
No police. They've been disbanded and defunded. Attempts of restricting and banning guns. It is completely lawless. Once beautiful cities are now being decimated.
We have a Second Amendment. Why do we have soo many gun laws?

So? The Supreme Court does not have authority to change the Constitution.

Are you too ignorant to understand how vague the language in the Constitution is? That is why the Supremes interpret it. It requires such parsing and interpretation. It was written in the 1750s and it is silent on so many things the crafters could never anticipate. They knew it had to be a flexible and changing document. https://www.supremecourt.gov/about/...rbiter of,and interpreter of the Constitution.

It isn't. It's clearly written.
That is why the Supremes interpret it.
The Supreme Court does not have authority to interpret or change the Constitution. See Article III.
It requires such parsing and interpretation.
No, it doesn't. It's clearly written.
It was written in the 1750s
WRONG. The Constitution was written in 1787.
and it is silent on so many things the crafters could never anticipate.
Nope. It serves the purpose of defining and declaring the government very well.
They knew it had to be a flexible and changing document.
Which is why a constitution has an amendment process.

The Supreme Court does not have authority to amend, change, or interpret the Constitution. See Article III of the Constitution of the United States for what authority the Constitution gives the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court MUST operate UNDER the Constitution, not OVER it. The Supreme Court would not even exist save for that constitution.

You type the craziest shit. Can you really believe the insanity or are you playing a game?
