PostmodernProphet
fully immersed in faith..
I said nothing about a body, I asked if God was alive, if he is living?
how can something be alive if it has no body?.....
I said nothing about a body, I asked if God was alive, if he is living?
how can something be alive if it has no body?.....
impossible question.....no book is entirely one genre of writing.....exegesis requires that one first isolate a pericope, identify the genre, examine the original text and study its historical context.....
there are tens of thousands of things in the Bible that are understood literally......that however doesn't mean I would accept what you claim it says to be its literal meaning......after all, you just tried to argue that all Christians except me believe God the Father to be a living creature......
It isn't an impossible question, you are dodging.
I was taught he was a living spirit and from my reading, this is what I understand other religions, except yours believe.
God exists. I remember the outrage when the Times magazine proclaimed, God is Dead.
given that I have answered your question you can hardly claim I'm dodging....its not my fault you asked a stupid question......
that would be relevant only if the intelligent designer was a living creature rather than a deity......
I'm sorry, but the fact you're a fucking idiot does not make me a liar....
lol.....you lie about science and think it will help you convince people your fantasies are science.....
how can something be alive if it has no body?.....
even the most fundamental of fundamentalists doesn't believe everything in the Bible is literally true.......when the passage says the cattle on a thousand hills sing praise to God it doesn't mean we think the cattle on hill #1001 are atheists......
Such a silliy dodge. It's not alive because it does not exist.
I remember why I don't have iscussion with you. Thanks for the reminder. I admire the Profesor for his persistence!
What's wrong with the estimate?
So Genesis 1:27 is all poetry?
So you are saying you cherry pick the bible
I have no idea....since the Bible doesn't state how long ago I could only give you a number by making one up......and its hardly a "fundamental" point....my Bible is close to an inch and a half thick and only two pages are devoted to Noah.....Maybe you can come up with some definite stance on Noah. How long ago was that?
What have I lied about?
wtf....you want me to go through the entire Bible verse by verse and exogete it for you?.....I gave you a legitimate answer to your question.....quit whining.....
