Damocles and CREW...

Making the Stormy Daniels issue an election campaign issue is a huge stretch.

Trump is an irredeemable asshole,
and only a fellow asshole would consider voting for him,
but that all pertains to relevant issues.

His extracurricular activities are none of the electorate's business.
People who care about shit like that are realistically not sophisticated enough to belong in a polling place voting booth.

None of the charges are fucking a porn star.

And that tape does not say Trump made the payment to solely help his election. The necessary element for a FEC crime. BAM

It does not have to be "solely" silly. It clearly shows that, he said it does not matter after the election, only before. Additionally you are dumb is you fall for the claim that FEC violations are the only crimes he was concealing.

you know we're talking about the other felony which 175.10 requires the perp to be trying to conceal.........come on, if you went to law school you should be able to snap off an answer to a simple question like that.......you heard this audio tape, which felony did Trump confess to?.......

So you are now admitting the indictment alleges a crime?

Good, we are making progress. Charge is 175.10.... "A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree when he commits the crime of falsifying business records in the second degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof."

There is no need to specify what that other crime is at this point, in fact there may never be a need to do so except in front of a jury. It could be several crimes or only one. Trump is not actually charged with the 'second' crime, its is simply an element of the first. In fact Trump does not even need to be guilty of the 'second' crime, only have intent to commit or conceal the fact that someone (not necessarily Trump himself) planned to commit it.

So you see, the idea that you silly sycophants are trying to make a big deal out of the lack of specification of that crime in the indictment is simply dumb.

From the Statement of Facts, there are several possibilities... Federal Election Laws, State Election Laws, Federal Tax Laws, State Tax Laws, and Corporate Document Laws for The Enquirer. There could be more.

According to the Statement of Facts, Trump said he did not care of Stormy told her story after the election, so only pay the money if it was required to keep her quiet before the election. That makes it clear he only paid the money with relation to the election.

it has to be about his intent to commit a felony......does he mention a felony of this tape?......you should tell Bragg.......he apparently doesn't know about your tape and he is desperately looking for a felony right now......

It does not have to be about his intent to commit a felony, it simply has to be about concealing a crime... Any crime, felony or otherwise... Additionally it does not have to be one he was going to commit. The Tape is clear evidence Trump took the money from Cohen to aid in the election, thus the fraudulent documents was an attempt to conceal the crime of accepting an illegal campaign contribution from Cohen.
