Supporting State's Rights doesn't mean states can't band together to prevent abuses to their citizens. What is the main purpose of the Federal government? National defense and foreign treaties. Nothing says states can't make mutually beneficial agreements with each other.

Once they cut taxes it becomes an equal protection issue in that the tax code must apply equally to all citizens in all states. That then leads us to reductions in Federal revenues leads to reductions in Federal spending which would fall most heavily on the states that rely the most on the Federal government for their state revenues. States such as Texas, Kentucky, West Virginia etc.

No. What I'm saying is that states will, can and should band together for mutually satisfactory reasons, usually trade practices including banking. All the Feds should be concerned about is compliance with the Constitution.

If we assume 335,000,000 population in 2020 we have a death/100,000 rate of 917.3
