FETTERING

there is NO automatic setting little boy

Capitalism needs maintenance

It also keeps the money moving arround

all by the power of a better idea

Oh it's a shell game alright. Capital moves from one crisis to the next, thanks globalism.

you want no capitalism?

what is your plan to replace the market that has made us the most powerful nation in history

Militarism and state sponsored violence are what made america powerful, if by "powerful" you mean endless bombing, economic extraction and occupation. America has been at war for 93% of the time is has existed and currently militarily supports ~75% of the planet's military dictatorships. All "capitalism" has done is foment endless war, which it requires to sustain itself.

Half your nation lives in poverty as the empire in decline wages endless wars of occupation, it's a failed system, and eventually it will go the way of its close cousin feudalism, as humanity evolves onward in a post-industrial society.

Socialism isn't evolving. It's taking a step back. You don't blame the system because many within in refuse to try. You automatically assume those living in poverty are there because the system is a failure never considering that it could be the people that are failures in life.

the republicans have tried to deregulate everything huh

WHY?????

to make this nation fail

Clinton deregulated the FCC giving us the media clownscape we have today, down from 50 some odd companies in the 1980s, to 6 transnational corporations who promote illusion and spectacle avoiding information. The Dems had control and did nothing to re-regulate Wall Street or the financial "services" sector.

Humanity will evolve, not the systems you wish to look backward at. Make a decision son, are your people and nation exceptional or are your people and nation a failure?

oh and by the way

regulation is a tool

you can build with a hammer

it hammers nails and pulls nails

the republicans use it as a weapon

Not with socialism it won't. The nation is exceptional despite the group that has among it nothing but failures. Imagine what could happen if those unwilling to do their part would simply go away.

You're a tool, you don't know Clinton deregulated the FCC giving us the media clownscape we have today, down from 50 some odd companies in the 1980s, to 6 transnational corporations who promote illusion and spectacle avoiding information? You don't know the Dems had control and did nothing to re-regulate Wall Street or the financial "services" sector?

Sounds more like you don't want to know, you are the very thing you decry.

If you have to have it both ways to make it make sense, it doesn't make sense pard.

I ask EVERYONE for proof of their claims dickbrain

Things can be exceptional and still have individual failures. It's not having it both ways, it's showing how if the failures would either get the fuck out or actually stop being failures, things would be even more exceptional.
