At some point...Americans realized that although the founding fathers thought only land-owning white people should be able to vote...that notion was an absurdity.

Changing the way the composition of the Electoral College (and the Senate) is determined would be a huge move in the correct direction.

Not saying the electoral college should be scraped, but when such as Wyoming represent an average of 187,923 people per electoral vote where as in California it is 677,355 for each vote, it isn't quite equal say in who gets to decide the President
