Dems Move to Defund Vice President's Office

Serving what? And why? And how?

There's currently no government agency I can "serve" to protect my free speech. Sure, I can die in Iraq. But that has nothing to do with my free speech.

Ask him. That was a short version of his post.

Don't worry about impeaching Cheney. He and bush are pretty much neutered.
The repubs in congress would not take any highly radical move right now on Bush or Cheneys part.

Lets just enjoy the Datth and Bonzo squirm show. Popcorn anyone ?

Darn, just read the last posts. Ype Damo does have a Moderator Rosetta stone.
Hats off to Damo. :cheer:

I told you.

When we were kids, no one could understand anything my brother said. He had a speech problem I guess, because he did end up with a speech therapist. (he talks just fine now, in fact, too damned much). Anyway, one of my earliest memories is of my dad and mom turning to me in our living room and saying "what'd he say?" in real low voices so he didn't hear. And I'd tell them what he said. I was the Rosetta stone.

BB is like a child with a speech impediment (or you know, like an old man with a bottle), and Damo is the only one who can understand him. It's quite fascinating. Damo must have special powers. It has to do with his avatar, I'm sure of it.

Try Damo. Apparently, Damo has some sort of Bottleborne Rosetta stone, and can translate.

Props to you Darla, I have a sense of humor and that was a one of the funniest slams I've seen on the site.

I always say that I'm the funniest person on the board. Not everyone gets my sense of humor, that's all.

"That's especially true with Dick Cheney in it, however."

Even more true when Gore was in it.

Don't even try to compare Cheney w/ Gore as a VP. Gore spent the bulk of his time constructively trying to find ways to make government more efficient. Cheney's accomplishments have focused on finding ways to circumvent environmental laws to favor corporate polluters & even small groups of friends, and serving as one of the chief architects & cheerleaders for the worst foreign policy disaster in modern times.

What a despicable comparison...

Gore pissed away millons of dollars polluting the sky's flying around being the enviro freak and pumping stuff he and nobody else voted for. Hence he's the greater fool.

as usual facts and substance are abscent from you post. I shouldn't expect it from uneducated and unread country bumpkin though should I.

Topper:

Plenty of smart people don't have college degrees.

Plenty of idiots do have college degrees. Exhibit A: George W. Chimp

The CEO of the company I used to work for was a HS dropout. He got a GED, and if you've ever taken that test you know it is exceedingly easy. Definitely one of the smartest men I know, and one of the richest.

It's so true. There are things that go into being succesful that are not about education, and you can't learn them either. My older brother didn't go to college, he hated school. My younger brother and I both did.

My older brother is a rich man today. Completely self-made, and his business just keeps growing. He's got something. It's not a college education either.

Don't Bill Gates and Steve Jobs only have high school degrees?
