Diversity In Leadership Is Important.

If you get a position of leadership for any other reason than being truly qualified, you're not really a leader but a token. If positions of leadership are filled because those doing so want a box of crayons rather than good leaders, real issues get ignored.

The only reason you support diversity based on race, gender, etc., rather than actual qualifications is because you know it's the only way you'll ever have a chance of getting something. I want to be judged by what I can do, something for which hard work was the key, and you want to be judged on something for which you had no control and didn't have to work to get because you were born with it.

If you cared about qualifications, you'd have voted Hillary.

Being female isn't a qualification just like Obama being black wasn't one. Funny thing is millions voted for each based on thinking they were.

If you cared about qualifications, you wouldn't support diversity for the sake of the workplace looking like a box of crayons.
