I have no problem if 100% of a workplace is black provided doing so is based on actual qualifications. How many lefties would be willing to say that if 100% of the workplace was white? None would and automatically claim discrimination, racism, or white privilege.

There's a good reason the United States is the greatest country on the planet. All the best thinking occurs when the legislative body has diversity of thought. This is why Democrats crank out crap. They specifically quash all diversity of thought and become a cancer to the country.

Forced paid maternity leave, ridiculous minimum wages and other unfunded mandates are horrible ideas. Mandating free stuff and violating market principles is always a terrible idea. Seeking anything other than thought diversity and opportunities by merit is boneheaded.

If you get a position of leadership for any other reason than being truly qualified, you're not really a leader but a token. If positions of leadership are filled because those doing so want a box of crayons rather than good leaders, real issues get ignored.

The only reason you support diversity based on race, gender, etc., rather than actual qualifications is because you know it's the only way you'll ever have a chance of getting something. I want to be judged by what I can do, something for which hard work was the key, and you want to be judged on something for which you had no control and didn't have to work to get because you were born with it.
