Do Felons Have A Right To Own Guns On Their Properties?

Not sure if anyone read my post on, I think, 2nd page.

Basically my friend served his time. He was forced to give up his gun collection on his wall that was passed down in family.

Is that really right?
well now I notice you didn't mention what crime he committed. Odd how that isnt important to democrats

that says alot more about you than anyone else

You would trust any random person with a nuclear bomb that could destroy a city, and start a nuclear war that would destroy the majority of humanity. I would not. That is a strong statement on one of us. I think the alt right and the rest of humanity will disagree on which one of us, like we seem to disagree on everything else.

You know "Dog the Bounty Hunter"? He had an entire reality TV show.

Well, he is not allowed to carry a gun, because he was convicted of the crime of murder in Texas. He was an accomplice, but could have gotten the death penalty (had he been black). Instead, he is a bounty hunter. People who think requiring bail bondmen and bounty hunters is a great thing, think having a convicted murderer bullying people accused of minor crimes is also a great thing.

Whats you point. Hes a felon and cant carry a gun if you think as a felon he should not be able to be a bail bond agent then thats ok but hes not bullying people . he bails them out and if they break the rules of bail then he goes looking for them . I guess he could show up with cupcakes and ask people to come with him and he will give him one.
By the way you have proof he would of got the death penlity if he had been black ?

Lol democrats are against guns but want to see felons be able to buy them.lol seriously a fine example of their double standards and complete lack of any common sense.
Crime is spiking in demo controlled citys because of their policy's . They are clueless.

Most bail bonds man are criminals. They act like criminals, which includes bullying. Let's say you are attacked by someone, and defend yourself. The police both arrest you, and the person that attack you. You do not want to spend years in jail waiting for a court date, but bail is set at $10k, and you only have $2k. You call up a bail bonds man , and he asks for $1k. You pay him (that is money you will never see again), and get out. But you had a big mouth, and the bail bonds man found out you had $2k.

Dog the Bounty Hunter breaks down your houses door. He demands the extra $1k, or he will violate your bond. You explain that you have done nothing to violate your bond, and that the DA is saying he will be dropping charges. Dog points out that he can violate your bail on a "feeling", he can breakdown your door on a "feeling", and he can beat you to death in your own house on a "feeling". That and also that if he violates your bail, there is no way charges will be dropped.

So you have to give him another $1k, that you are never getting back, just to try to get him to stop bullying you. That is when you learn our bail bond system is a criminal enterprise.

He is not there to catch fugitives. Fugitives get themselves caught. He is there to get more money out of you.

Here is a helping hand. We believe we are exposing your fanaticism when we show that you support Al Qaeda, and Russia buying nuclear weapons for American felons. We do not support it.

He said this: "Its already been to the SCOTUS and the Court rule it was constitutional."

As per his claim that SCOTUS making something constitutional against the Constitution, then it stands to reason that the SCOTUS decision made slavery constitutional.

Non-sequitur fallacy. Slavery was already constitutional. SCOTUS didn't need to make it constitutional.
SCOTUS has no authority to change or interpret the Constitution.

If you are convicted of a crime forced labor is still constitutional.

It is also constitutional to remove other specific rights (such as voting if you are still under sentence like the life sentence where someone was paroled I explained earlier, and owning a firearm).

Why is someone with a life sentence out of prison?

According to the Constitution, they do.

Explain why you think it's a yes or no.

Do felons have the right to own cars on their properties and drive them around on their properties, especially when convicted with multiple DUIs? Especially when it involves vehicular manslaughter or murder.

Driving on public roads is a different thing.

Inquiring minds want to know.

What sayth thus?

Yes. The right of self-defense is an unalienable right even recognized by the UN...in a socialist manner. LOL

IMO, anyone who has completed their sentence should become a full citizen again, including guns and voting, or just kill them/keep them locked up.

Why is someone with a life sentence out of prison?

Because we have a supervision system. There are sentences of Life with no parole, they don't get paroled, but if you get Life you usually will get paroled after 15 to 20 years depending on which system you are in (Federal or State). Then you have to live reporting to a parole officer the rest of your life, mandatory drug testing, etc. because the sentence does not end and if you violate parole you are subject to a return to prison without a trial.

Actually you do go to a court hearing for the judge to decide if you should go back or not.

It's important that we get all this info down correctly.

In all likelihood, we have no shortage of imminent "government housing" candidates right here on JPP.

Well, it isn't a trial though, and the "judge" is not always a sitting judge. Sometimes you can be nabbed for violating parole with no hearing, depending on the action. The hearing comes afterward to see if you stay there.
