Do Felons Have A Right To Own Guns On Their Properties?

In any case, I personally don't give a fat fuck about the 2nd Amendment, one way or the other.
You don't give a fat fuck about the Constitution, nor for any State constitution, at all.
I own nine expensive firearms.
If the government is willing to properly pay me for them, it can have all of them.
I haven't taken them out of their cases in more years than I can remember.
Your choice. You don't get to make that choice for anyone else.
I see our Constitution as a possibly well-intentioned but horrifically deficient document
rife with ill-advised compromises that were apparently required to forge one nation
out of essential incompatible colonies.

Presentism fallacy. The Constitution applies beyond colonial times, through the years, with all the changing technology.

Don't blame me. It's your own fault. You should have STFU.

Ever seen "Lost In Translation" and "Under The Skin".

The first one was good. The second one is um I don't know what to think. I mean movie wise.

I have not seen either, though I do want to.....Scarlett has the acting ability to pull off any role with a 'you fucking want me' attitude...........glad I could point you to one you hadn't seen

Yes.
"arms" means ANY kind of arm, whether it's a knife, a handgun or a nuclear bomb.

So a convicted murderer, when released from prison, should be allowed to make a nuclear bomb, or more realistically a chemical weapon capable of killing thousands? They should be able to buy machine guns, and even rocket launchers. I am sure that if they cannot afford them, our enemies will be glad to donate money to our destruction.

if a convicted murderer can't be trusted with a weapon, WHY would you let him out in public?????

So we should only let people free from prison who can be trusted with nuclear weapons? I would not trust many people with a nuclear weapon capable of destroying a city, and of starting a nuclear war that would kill the majority of people. I would not trust a young child with any sort of weapon, so should we lock up all children?
