Do I Have The Right To Leave This Country For Good?

where is this vote ? in the state yea or nay ? if so its hughly unlikely any legislator would submit the legislation, it is not in his interests to have this happen. national ? even less likely to get the bill put forth. the country has already demonstrated what action would be taken. so to recap, yiu are free to leave you just cant take the land with you.

So you're saying that myself and my fellow citizens and our private property are enslaved here - we are being forced to stay here in a socialist crap hole against our will and we do not have the constitutional freedoms of self determination and association. This I already know and this is exactly why a confrontation with the federal government is an absolute necessity over both the constitutionality and legal merits of secession.

Philly, can you demonstrate that 51% of any state or territory currently wants to secede? The democratic process is currently telling you that you may not secede.

People in the different states believe that secession is illegal and they also believe that states rights are illegal. This is what the federal government propaganda machine has been feeding the population for years and generations. Secession is anti government and the fed never producing anything and therefore never generating any wealth needs the population's private wealth in order to grow and supply it's special interests.

Philly rabbit, has any state tried to hold a vote to secede and the federal government has told them they couldn't (hold the vote)?

What happened when a state (Arizona) tried to enforce it's own immigration laws? How did the fed react to that? The fed went past it's constitutional restrictions and illegally went after Arizona trying to stop it in the courts. Are you going to tell me that the fed wouldn't go after any state proposal vote on secession trying to stop it in the same manner?

Don't worry, we'll be back to visit your socialist crap hole America and spend our money doing it. We'll be back to visit our loved ones who couldn't come with us for various reasons, our cemeteries where our departed relatives both distant and recent lie, the battlefields and shrines where our ancestors fought, bled, and died for our freedoms.

The important thing is we'll be rid of you mudders who ruined the country. It's all yours now and you pay for all of it right through your collective noses, your third world loser squatters, your illegals, your entitlement queens, the whole nine yards.

It's not like the Arizona immigration law was the first time the Fed has claimed a state has over stepped its boundary. But that doesn't answer my question. Has the Fed stopped any state from holding a vote to succeed before? That is what you argued previously, that the Fed wouldn't even allow a vote.

Yes the fed would challenge a voting referendum prescribed for a certain date in the future for secession.

And I don't know why you think it wouldn't.

Too many of the voters still believe that secession is an illegal act.

so... it really is just you and fifteen of your pals in your mom's basement?

How do you plan to let the democratic process work if you won't get out there and toss your hat - and your ideas - into the ring?

There is nothing legally stopping you. There are a few issues you need to consider. On the odd chance Uncle Sam doesnt go scortched earth on you, you will not have diplomatic relations. So you cannot go from your country to the us for say food healthcare etc. If your buddies are not contiguous there is no visiting. No electricity no water/sewer cellular etc. You will be off the grid which you may be good with. You are on your own for everything and that goes for any offspring. That could not appeal so much to the kiddos. Quebec has been grousing about being in their country but when it occurred to them that they were surrounded and cut off from the world it gave them pause. And given the disperity of scale perhaps it should to you as well.

Even if they challenged it that would still get the point across you are hoping to make. So why has no one tried to put a referendum on a state ballot to secede yet?

Nope.
You can sell your private property and leave at your own discretion.

What makes you think you'll be allowed back? :)

Then why in the hell are you wasting your time on some obscure (sorry Damo) message board, when you could be standing on a street corner and "educating" more people then you'll ever find here?

Go get yourself a sandwich board, a bell, a soap box and find yourself a street corner.
That way you can maybe start a groundswell of like thinking voters.

The most important thing you'll ever own in your life is land and the more you own, the better off you'll be. Land lasts forever, it doesn't die, it doesn't switch sides, it doesn't ever betray you.

My land isn't yours or anyone else's . It goes with me when I leave and when my state leaves.

But your "state" won't be leaving and the only part of your land that you'll be able to take with you, is the money from the sale. :)

I told you about 10 times already. They think it's illegal. Why can't that sink into your head?

Do you know why? Because too many idiots are at football tailgate parties and watching sex shows on ShowTime just like the government wants them to.

actually land may last forever, but the unique thing about it is that it is profoundly stationary. It cannot get up and leave its current location when you do. If you leave your land, it may not immediately become someone else's land, and it might very well be waiting for you when you return, but it most definitely is NOT going with you when you leave it.

wow
