where is this vote ? in the state yea or nay ? if so its hughly unlikely any legislator would submit the legislation, it is not in his interests to have this happen. national ? even less likely to get the bill put forth. the country has already demonstrated what action would be taken. so to recap, yiu are free to leave you just cant take the land with you.
So you're saying that myself and my fellow citizens and our private property are enslaved here - we are being forced to stay here in a socialist crap hole against our will and we do not have the constitutional freedoms of self determination and association. This I already know and this is exactly why a confrontation with the federal government is an absolute necessity over both the constitutionality and legal merits of secession.
