This is almost cute, if it wasn't so dangerous. The reality is the IRS is almost 100% unencumbered by any restraint from the government. They even have military vehicles, etc. to come and just take your property and have shown almost no compunction against applying it to regular citizens when seizing property because of unpaid taxes. While they never had any permission to create a police force they have one anyway.

This is a case where reality will collide with your principle and you will find principle wanting as you meet your new husband Bubba who happens to live in your cell.

I gave you a few examples of secession when it comes to your own country and other countries wishing to be independent from yours.

Those were Americans with constitutional rights and I don't give a damn how weird they were or how many guns they had, they all had a right to constitutional due process and Janet Reno and her Justice Department had no right to burn civilians alive including women and children.

Waco was an example of federal tyranny and how it oversteps its constitutional boundaries whenever it choses to do so.

Yes there is. And the whole idea of secession and it's threat is to keep the federal government in check and give it something to be afraid of with the world's media cameras ready to record whatever it decides to do about the threat or the actual secession if and when it occurs.

America has become a socialist state and it cannot afford to lose a single state of the union because of lost tax revenue that would occur. So secession threats then becomes a form of extortion against the fed forcing it to begin to comply to the demands of the citizenry.

There is nothing in the constitution that forbids Americans to have the freedom of self determination and association. There is nothing in the document that says Americans must be forced to associate with people they consider vermin as fellow countrymen because they have to stay and feed the federal monster with their earnings.

You can't afford for us to get out - you jersey shore asshole. You need our earnings feeding your government. And that's the whole point of a secession threat from any state.

You are a selfish jersey shore asshole. And if enough Americans decide that one major reason for leaving is because you and your fellow jersey shore assholes gave America government families, that wouldn't be thrown off the table either for consideration as to why.
